Our story

Simulators only go so far

This started on the factory floor, watching skilled technicians held back by never having had proper hands-on time with a PLC. Simulators only go so far. Real competence comes from being online with a live controller, making changes, and seeing what happens.

That's the gap this training fills: live, instructor-led sessions with remote access to an actual Allen-Bradley controller, so you're building real skill instead of just watching a demo.

Who it's for

Working technicians, apprentices, career changers, students, and PLC programmers building practical skills.

Our mission

To make hands-on automation training affordable and genuinely practical — helping technicians troubleshoot with confidence on the plant floor, build real projects, and improve their job prospects.

Where this is going

The long-term goal is a full automation lab. Hardware is expensive, so it's being built up over time with support from students, technicians, employers and colleges. As the lab grows, in-person training and practical assessments will be added alongside the remote sessions, kept affordable.
